Dropoff
To make drop-offs more efficient:
Send an email to shipping@culturebiosciences.com, along with the Project Lead to confirm dropoff
Drop offs can be made between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm. Please reach out to your PL if your drop off is outside of these hours
Make sure to add your dropoff package to Console
Similar to sending shipments via FedEx or UPS, when shipping chemicals or strains, utilize the main receiving area behind 279 as the drop off location. If you are using 1-Hour Delivery this is where packages can be handed off to the folks inside.
This is the shipping & Receiving area behind 279 East Grand Ave. :
Walk inside and down the walk way to hand off the package to a person working behind the desk.
Our Shipping & Receiving team will receive the email both from the courier and from the main shipping & receiving department after being handed off.
Packing Instructions
When needed, put Media/Vials/Materials in a box with enough temperature control for 3 hours and include a shipping manifest linked here.
This will help preserve your material and ensure our shipping and receiving team will be more efficient and accurate as we receive your material(s).

Pickup
Coordinate with PL and email shipping@culturebiosciences.com before picking up
Material will be located on the parking lot side of 259 E Grand Ave. At which point the material will be handed off by our shipping & receiving personnel.
